Juniper Yönetim is a professional property management company founded in 2025 in Antalya, Turkey. Our office is in Muratpaşa, in the Tahılpazarı neighbourhood, and we manage apartment buildings, residential complexes and business centres across the city. Our aim is simple: to run buildings in a way that owners and residents can see, understand and trust. Good management is mostly routine, such as clear accounts, maintained systems, reliable staff and a quick answer when something breaks. We try to make these routines visible.

How do we work?

Every engagement follows the same path, so owners know what to expect.

1. Free on-site discovery visit. We look at the building, its systems, staff and books before saying anything about scope or offer.
2. Management plan and offer. You receive a written plan and a tailored offer.
3. Owners' assembly decision. The kat malikleri kurulu (owners' assembly) decides whether to appoint us.
4. Handover. We take over records, contracts, keys and staff arrangements in an orderly handover.
5. Digital platform and monthly reporting. Owners follow finances online and receive regular reports.

How transparent is the financial side?

Owners of buildings managed by Juniper Yönetim can see the money. Our digital platform handles online aidat (monthly building dues) assessment and collection, income and expense tracking, detailed financial reports, debt status for each owner 24/7 and announcements. The platform uses 256-bit SSL and complies with the Turkish data-protection law (KVKK, No. 6698).

Which languages do we serve?

Which legal framework do we work within?

Buildings and sites in Turkey are governed by the Turkish Condominium Law (Kat Mülkiyeti Kanunu, No. 634). We also work within the Labour Law (No. 4857) and social security (SGK) rules for building staff, the data-protection law KVKK (No. 6698) for camera recordings and platform data, the occupational safety law (İSG, No. 6331) and the periodic inspection rules for lifts.
